This guide (published from the UK) aims to showcase the best way to approach eating ethically and sustainably, including advice, tips and recipes -- from understanding what organic, ethical and sustainable food means, to how we can be more ethical in our own kitchens. It also has a beautiful "Eating in the Seasons" section which is largely applicable to Coastal British Columbia.
